Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
For hygiene reasons, our items are not eligible for return once delivered.
Product dimensions and details are provided on each listing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all measurements and descriptions prior to purchase to ensure proper fit and use.
We do not accept returns based on personal preference, sizing assumptions, or compatibility with specific bottles or containers.
If there is a problem with your order (such as damage or defect), please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and assist as appropriate.
Please note: Minor imperfections may occur due to the stainless steel manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Items sold via clearance are final sale.
