How secure is my personal information?

Forked Again adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you order is placed, it cannot be canceled.



Do you ship internationally?

Yes and no! We currently ship within the US, to all US territories, Canada and Australia.  We plan to expand shipping to other countries in 2022.  If you are outside of those areas, and would like to order, please send us an email via the Contact Us page.

Who pays customs fees and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS and UPS. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders are processed in 3-5 business days. During the holidays, processing times may be longer.   

How long does shipping take? 

Transit times are determined by the selected shipping speed. Regular First Class shipping is generally delivered within the US in 3-5 business days, but can take longer as this method does not have a guaranteed delivery date.

If you need your order quicker, please select an upgraded method. Processing times still apply.



How do I track my order?

When your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You can also log in and check your account. 



Returns are not accepted. However, if an error is made on our part, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.  All issues should be reported within 3 business days of receipt. 



Stainless Steel Pieces

We have placed our pieces in the dishwasher; however, different settings can produce different results.  While the lowest setting may be okay, we highly recommend hand washing your items. Do not soak. Pieces should be washed and dried immediately. Do not place in the microwave. 

Hard Plastic Cases

Hard plastic cases should be hand washed only to avoid melting and damage to any personalization. Do not soak. Do not place in the microwave.



Can I take my flatware on a plane?

Please refer to the TSA guidelines for traveling with sharper objects (specifically a knife). Forks and knives have different rules so please review them both.
