Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed in 3-5 business days. During periods of increased demand or inclement weather, processing times may be longer. We highly recommend selecting a UPS shipping method during such time periods. See the map below for estimated UPS Ground transit times.

The time it takes to deliver your order is first and foremost determined by the shipping method selected when your order is placed. First Class Regular Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date. Most orders in the US are delivered in 3-5 business days; however, transit times can be longer. Forked Again will not provide refunds because of delivery delays. If 15 days have passed and your order has not be delivered, please contact us so we can initiate a missing mail inquiry. You may also do so, by completing the missing mail inquiry form on the USPS site. Again, during the holidays, we highly recommend selecting a UPS shipping method. 

Forked Again is also not responsible for stolen packages or packages damaged by the weather. As the buyer, it your responsibility to ensure your carrier has a safe, secure, and dry place to leave your package. If your package was marked delivered and appears to be missing, contact your local carrier center. They can geo track the package and tell you exactly where it was delivered. If you are still unable to retrieve the package, please contact us. 

All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided on your order. Forked Again is not responsible for packages lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect address or a carriers inability to deliver the package for any reason. Orders that are returned to Forked Again can be reshipped at the buyer's expense. An invoice will be issued to the buyer and must be be promptly paid before the order is shipped again. Returned packages will be held for 30 days. If the buyer fails to resolve the matter within 30 days, the buyers order will discarded and no refund will be given.

If a package is held at a local post office/carrier center, it is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve it. Forked Again is not responsible for any delays or returns due to the buyer's failure to retrieve their package for any reason. Orders that are returned to Forked Again can be reshipped at the buyer's expense. An invoice will be issued to the buyer and must be promptly paid before the order is shipped again. Returned packages will be held for 30 days. If the buyer fails to resolve the matter within 30 days, the buyer's order will discarded and no refund will be given.

If the order is an international order, the recipient / buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes or any other fees associated with receiving such a shipment. Forked Again is not responsible for delays experienced due to customs related matters or international shipping and delivery in general.
