Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us regarding your issue within 5 days of receiving it. Please note...the majority of our items are stainless steel and it is normal for there to be minor imperfections. 

Items sold via a clearance sale are final sale. 

If an item is returned without prior approval in writing, it will not be refunded.
